We are looking for a Digital Content & Social Media Manager to take ownership of ENGO ARM’s digital presence and content activities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage our website and social media, create engaging content, run digital campaigns and help grow ENGO ARM’s online presence. You will work closely with management to turn our products, projects, expertise and industry developments into clear and engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

• Manage ENGO ARM’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Develop and maintain a content plan and create, write, edit and publish content.
• Create content around our products, brands, projects, expertise, events and industry news.
• Turn technical information into clear, engaging content for different audiences.
• Coordinate photography, video and other visual content when needed.
• Maintain a consistent professional tone and visual identity across our channels.

Website

• Manage and regularly update the ENGO ARM website.
• Create and maintain product pages, project profiles, news and other website content.
• Improve website content, structure and user experience.
• Support basic SEO and website analytics.
• Work with external developers and designers when needed.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital campaigns around products, services, projects and events.
• Manage social media and digital advertising campaigns where appropriate.
• Create campaign materials, landing-page content and supporting social media content.
• Monitor performance and use relevant data to improve campaigns and digital activity.

Brand & Communications

• Ensure ENGO ARM’s digital communications are consistent with the company’s positioning and visual identity.
• Support the promotion of projects, conferences, exhibitions, site visits and other industry activities.
• Work directly with management to develop content and campaigns.
• Coordinate with international ENGO Group colleagues and represented brands when marketing materials or technical information are required.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, content management, social media, communications or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience managing social media channels and a company website.
• Strong writing and editing skills in Armenian, English and Russian.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats and digital marketing principles.
• Experience with website CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website analytics.
• Experience planning and running digital campaigns.
• Good visual sense and the ability to create or coordinate professional visual content.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks from idea to publication.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to understand technical information and communicate it clearly to a non-technical audience.
• Proficiency with relevant content creation, graphic design, video editing, website management and digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience with analytics, social media management and advertising platforms is an advantage.
